Express
Med Plans provide high and low deductible plans
with unlimited "first dollar"
outpatient doctor office visit co pays. A "first
dollar" benefit is defined as "a benefit you
receive without paying your calendar year health plan deductible first e.g.
outpatient doctor office visit co
pays, outpatient prescription drug co pays, outpatient
preventative care".
World also provides
a very
competitively priced
HSA
qualified HDHP
with 100% and
80% co- insurance options to choose from.
World offers 100% 80/20, and
50/50 co-insurance plans
to choose from. Included with each plan is an outpatient "first
dollar" co pay prescription drug card with a $15 co pay for generic
prescription drugs with no deductible required. $30 (or 50%) co pays
are included for formulary
brand name drugs and $45 (50%) co pays are included for non formulary
brand name drugs after a separate $500 (Premier Plan) or
$200 (Premier Plus) calendar year deductible is satisfied.
The Premier plan includes a $250 Wellness benefit
(i.e. routine physicals, screenings and immunizations) per insured
after a 6 month waiting period has transpired. Or you can
increase the Wellness benefit to a $300 "first dollar"
Wellness benefit per person which will be covered
after a 6 month waiting period. The Premier Plus plan
includes a $300 Wellness benefit per insured which is
covered on a "first dollar" basis after a $50
co pay has been paid. Or you can increase the Wellness
benefit to a $500 "first dollar" Wellness
benefit per insured which will be covered immediately.
The same holds true for the World Care SM plans.
The Premier Plus plan includes a
"first dollar" benefit for the
first $1,000 of Emergency Rooms bills incurred each calendar
year (related to an accident or illness). This means that
World Insurance company will pay the first $1,000 of the
total amount of ER bills incurred by each insured each
calendar year. There is no co pay or deductible required
from the insured. This benefit is unique to the World
"Express Med Premier Plus" plan.
Both the Premier & Premier Plus plans
include an unlimited "first dollar" outpatient
x-ray & lab test benefit. Outpatient x-ray & lab test will
be paid at 100% (up to $200 per test) after a $50 (Premier)
or $25 (Premier Plus) co pay has been paid.
Both the Premier. Premier Plus & World
Care SM plans have an optional unlimited "first dollar" outpatient
doctor office sick visit co pay benefit available. Outpatient doctor
office sick visit charges will be paid at 100% after a the co pay has been paid.
All plans offer optional
"first dollar" coverage for the first $1,000 of each
outpatient MRI, CT Scan & PT Scan.
Available plan options include
Supplemental Accident, Maternity Coverage, Critical Illness
coverage and Term Life.
